1. Be strategic

Assign responsibilities and tasks within the team and agree a workable timeframe. Create a comprehensive list of all the elements that will be required. If you are working to a hub and spoke system, using your blog as the content hub and sharing or enhancing content on other channels like email, YouTube, Facebook or Pinterest, account for every piece of content you need. Create a master list of your requirements for each blog post and carefully walk through it as you create and develop the process.

Make sure that you document each step of the process and get team buy-in.
